Most orders will be shipped 2-5 business days after payment is received.


We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is free for all orders delivered to the U.S. and Canada.  International orders, if accepted, will incur a flat rate fee of $20 per order. Any additional duties or customs fees are to be paid by the customer.

Back Orders

If an item is back ordered we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Returns are only accepted for Individually framed letters, as well as bags, bibs, and clothing that were not custom lettered.  No returns are permitted for custom lettered products unless in the case of manufacturer defect.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange
